Wonderful kennels, our dog has been there twice now and has always been well looked after. He loves all the staff and is almost reluctant to leave them when we pick him up! Would highly recommend
Wonderful kennels- our two frenchies stayed here for 19 days whilst we were getting married and on our honeymoon. The boys were so excited to see us but i could really tell they had been look after and wouldn’t hesitate to use in future. Thank you
Always a sad time leaving my dog, but more than made up with the excitement and joy in her face on pickup. They exercise the dogs as well in a series of caged runs so the dogs can socialise but not touch.
First time my rescue cockapoo dog stayed here. Reception lady was friendly but didn’t know my dog so must not have been involved in their care. Handover at pick up was quite negative. Lady wasn’t very warm or reassuring about my dogs stay. Paid for at least 2 dog walks that weren’t carried out, due to my dog reportedly being aggressive towards staff initially. Wasn’t offered refund for this and whilst they informed me she was better later in the week, I wasn’t convinced by her explanation. I thought they would have been more experienced to deal with a slightly anxious rescue on her first stay.
Having a giant breed we struggle to find somewhere whose staff are not only happy but capable of handling and caring for our dog Great Dane and these guys were nothing but amazing. We emailed to check on him a few times, as you normally would, and replies were immediate. When we collected him, 3 staff members came along with him to say goodbye and his tail was wagging non-stop with all 3 staff members. He was so happy and clearly well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone with a bigger/larger breed. We booked our dog in for 10 nights in February and about to book him for another 10 We weren’t able to have collection/delivery as our boy is too big for their vans but the walk from the train station to the kennels was easy - something to keep in mind. Absolutely love this place!
Called the kennel to check if they have a place available and they confirmed that we can book the place but we have to do it over the website. Went online, did the booking process and after 5 days of having no response from them we decided to call them and ask for an update at which point they just told us that they're fully booked! When questioned about the fact that we followed the process after our call, they just simply said that its fully booked - its just frustrating to know that they either have no idea what they do or simply dont care about customer service! Reading more reviews below, we're actually happy that this happened!

Went on holiday for 4/5 days - told staff that was collecting my dog that she needed medication for dry eyes or else she contracts conjunctivitis. Unfortunately when I returned to collect her, she was unable to open both her eyes her eyes were very red and dry because they were filled with gunk due to conjunctivitis. The medication seems to have been administered I supplied them with new tubes so I could check for precisely this reason but they either did not listen to the instructions properly or the medication was not applied correctly. I have placed her in other kennels before but this is the first time this has happened. Needless to say, I was shocked and upset to see her this way. Will be avoiding in the future.
Really nicely run kennels, with friendly staff and owners. Very dog friendly facilities. Our dog stayed for eight days and had one of the summer houses set in its own fenced run. We used the van collection service to send her there, and then picked her up after her stay. Our dog was obviously well looked after and although normally has separation anxiety, she was very relaxed and happy when we picked her up. We have already arranged another stay for her next year. Update June 2017. Our dog stayed here three weeks. She's had a wonderful time and has come back clean and relaxed. She's obviously been well cared for and we'd highly recommend this kennels to other dog owners.
