The flowers provided by Rachel were really beautiful. However, the brief I gave was completely missed. I requested bright colourful flowers with a few whites and instead was given all white and pale pink flowers. Not to brief at all. When I questioned this the day of my wedding before my mother in law was supposed to be putting my bouquets together I was told (exact words here) “this is what can happen when you do a DIY wedding”. TOTALLY unacceptable customer service. I was told I could come to the farm myself (baring in mind it was them who got the brief wrong) and pick alternative flowers but i was told they “couldn’t guarantee I wouldn’t be charged for this”. I was a very chilled bride until this moment. I work in customer services and thought the whole approach they took was disgraceful. I would urge anyone going with Rachel and her husband (I believe it was her husband who delivered the flowers and was so rude and unhelpful with me) to make sure they don’t mess you around like this and get your brief correct! Luckily the flowers weren’t the most important part of my day so I let it go and worked with what we have. But still so angry with how I was treated. No contact from Rachel after the encounter with her husband either.

Rachel provided the most wonderful flowers for my wedding after just a brief consultation. Not only were they stunning and beautifully fragrant, they represented excellent value for money. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Wonderful, the beautiful funeral flowers which Rachel made up for me, after only a brief discussion, completely captured the memory of my mum and the essence of her garden. The flower farm itself with the buzzing wildlife and evocative smell of the roses also proved a wonderful and welcome therapy. Highly recommend

I went on a two day wedding course growing and arranging, which was very well organized, learnt so much, lots of help and very good notes, the best place for courses,very happy two days

Our experience was 100% positive from beginning to end. The garden at the open day was amazing, the initial consultation inspiring. They were always friendly and helpful and the end result looked amazing. Truly stunning. I would recommend them to anyone.
