The package we purchased was done so well, best school photos I’ve ever gotten and my child is in Sec 1. I love how it comes in a sort of file folder and the cover is an 8 1/2 x 11” picture of the child even though it wasn’t ordered/paid for. Great job.
School photos of children look great. Price of school photos very reasonable. Many options for printed and digital and other interesting gifts such as mugs. Would recommend for schools as they do a decent job of organizing photoshoots even with limited staff.
Sadly, I am so disappointed in my son's pictures. Clear they hadn't recognized my son was uncomfortable either time or made any effort. The class picture was atrocious. Many parents were upset. Uneven spacing, kids facing the wrong direction, some looking so miserable, others with hair in front of their face. I get that they are young but if the 3 year old pictures at a different school were so good....what happened in one year?!?!?! i.e. it's not because the kids are young
Bad customer service and the photo is not good. This studio is chosen by my daughter's school and they did a horrible job. I will reflect my feedback to the school and hopefully they will not choose this studio next year. Photo packages are expensive. Close to $40 for a digital copy and the other package options are ridiculously pricy. If I can give 0 star, I WILL.
I'm sure they try their best to accommodate what most people want. But with today's inflation, it would only make sense for them to have a real build your own package. I should be able to buy just four, 5x7s. That's all I wanted. That's all I needed
Loved the pictures and the ability to have them in digital format. Also love all the background options and customized product options. Thank you Green Apple Studio for another great yr of school pics :
Terrible! - There should be negative stars for the customer service! I tried to book retakes- and followed all their requirements to a T, the online rebooking system did not work , and the customer service agent had no idea how to book an appointment over the phone!!! I was promised a call back and never got it either !
We received great quality products and timely service from GAS. I'm happy my daughter's school used this studio for school photos.
Terrible customer service. I can’t believe they didn’t fix my daughter up before shooting her photo. I called to see if I can have it edited, or PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET to redo them and they still haven’t got back to me with either response.. it’s 2 weeks now
..It is bad experience to me with this studio as per it is chosen by my daughter school and my son garderie that why I trust that it is the best like them chose before with the best studios, but this year it is not good choice at all with Green apple studio .I try this morning many time to call customer service and she answered me but after I ask for delivery options if it is possible for three kids to the same address she said that she don’t know and will let me know just second will ask some one and and she end her call and transfer me to the answer machine… I tried many many time to some pick the phone up but they don’t My feed back will be directly to my kids school and garderie to be last time with this bad service studio
