Truly horrific experience! Called at 8 sharp and they’d changed the system, needed to book online! Tried that and unable to get access. Called surgery back and all appointments had gone. Appointment was available in two weeks time! If I could rate the surgery one star I would.

Iv had excellent care at this surgery.  Staff have always been polite, helpful and professional. The doctors have always been very thorough and really kind and Iv never felt rushed during my appointments. Dr merryman has been brilliant,  i would highly recommend.

I have been ringing the surgery for 2 days now regarding my Flu jab. Apparently I am high risk. I have ringing 2 numbers and both are constantly busy. I have been informed by several people that this is normal and has been the case for a long time. One would hope that the quality of care is not in the same class!!!!!!!

The great sutton medical centre has always been on hand to answer any concerns I have regarding my health. Not only are the reception staff welcoming when on the telephone, their manner and eagerness to help when in the surgery is outstanding. Thank you.

I have been waiting 2 years to have a pneumonia injection. At each diabetes check up I have been told no injections here. Today I found out there is a waiting list well I think I should have been put on it.heho I  will go to the chemist and pay myself and protect myself as clearly I need to .sad to think no one cares to inform me.
