The staff are very polite and helpful. Had a dress dry cleaned very recently and just gone to hang it up. It is so creased - more creases ironed in than taken out. SO disappointed!
I have been using Great North Laundry for a couple of years. Very pleased with their service. Pleasant, helpful, accommodating staff. Laundry always ready for agreed collection dates and super fluffy towels to boot!
I run a B&B just outside of Berwick. I have tried to contact this company via email and phone, but no-one bothers to respond. I have thought long and hard about leaving a review, but I think others need to know about my experience. Very disappointing!!
