The practice is shown to close at 18:30 and I was in position one in the queue for just over 45 minutes. There should be someone manning the phones at all times, especially with the measures that have been put in place in terms of appointments being booked through patches! This service needs looking into urgently. Absolutely shocking service.
A nice Dr or 2 but getting an appointment isn't easy. Waiting to see diabetic nurse a joke. 4 weeks wait! Calling for prescriptions is a joke. Waited over an hour nearly 2 to get a prescription. I hung up as life's too short. I complained and now they have kicked me out as I swore in my email. Threatening behaviour apparently. Worst GP practice I've ever been in. Be careful when you eventually get through to them as twice I made appointment and when I arrived for it they told me nothing was booked! Never come across that, ever, anywhere else. I would NOT recommend this practice
Wish I could.give more than 5 stars. The receptionists have all been amazingly helpful and friendly whenever I contact the surgery. I am always made to feel that I matter and are always extremely professional. Today Rosie went above and beyond to help me and it meant such a lot, she was sooo helpful. She was brilliant.
Great medical staff but the administration is appalling.nIt is no longer possible to contact them via email, only via telephone only at certain times of the day. I am quite sure the administrators of this practice are trying to take us back to the 1950's.nnThe reply given to this review is incorrect. If you try to email there is a terse reply stating that emails should not be sent to them.
Woeful! . . . .. Unbelievable! Not so much the doctors but the 'receptionists' They have used the pandemic to their advantage and have literally shut out the patient! How is this permissible? Who audits this unacceptable and contemptable treatment of patients? It's beyond comprehension? I am sure there are some good doctors there, however, the 'support' team completely negates any positive feedback! Can't wait to get my elderly relatives removed from the practice! So glad my own practice is so wonderful!
