Hopeless trying to contact them. Just get message "Sorry this mailbox is full, it can't take any more messages"!! What on earth is the point of that. Furthermore 7 hours hence went to collect meds that I had been told were all in but turns out there is one missing so another sweltering walk tomorrow to the hottest place since hell. I wasn't feeling ill until I went into that pharmacy!
Great chemist nothing but praise for the service you get nothing is not to much trouble for Raj always happy to help very professional sometimes you may have to wait a little bit longer but it's because they are so busy people should learn to be a bit more tolerant
Left me on hold to ‘find’ the pharmacist for over 40minutes. Ridiculous and unprofessional
Dont bother using this pharmacy never known anything so difficult in my life with using them as soon as im done with my pregnancy medication i am definitely changing from them to a pharmacy that dont take forever to get your prescription, an cant believe i got told that they dont check all prescriptions lol what a joke, oh yeah so lets give customers random medication well done. Best advice stay away.
Always helpful staff and great service. Sometimes you have to wait a while but that's understandable considering other patients and the staff are trying to put orders together, but its never been longer than 15 minutes wait. Usually, on average, it takes about 5 minutes for my order to be put together~
DONT STATE YOU'RE OPEN IF YOU'RE NOT OPEN!!!!!!! If your hours are stated on Easter Sunday between 2-5pm to collect emergency prescription then legally you should be open. Whoever owns this chemist is an absolute disgrace and should be reprimanded for representing a drug store on behalf of the NHS. DONT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FROM HERE AS THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AND THE OWNER NEVER OPENS ON TIME! Also has employees working for him that aren't legally qualified to be dealing with handing out prescriptions.
Don't bother with this pharmacy if you want medicine ASAP I had an operation and needed a medicine as feeling unwell and my husband was waiting 1 hour to get into the pharmacy and get the medicine after several people come in after and get served and given their stuff while he was still waiting so they don't serve on a first come first serve basis. Too busy messing around putting orders away and dealing with prescriptions that came through yesterday rather than dealing with people infront of them. Person dispensing asks for the address which is given then accuses of not paying maybe if my husband was given a receipt?! even though was paid on arrival which if didn't take so long they may remember that. Dispenser got told twice by till lady that my husbabd had paid and then yet again dispenser asks for my address again 1 min later. How can you dispense medicine if you can't even remember things and what you are doing. Shocking and worse service ever in future me and my husband will be asking for paper prescriptions as the service provided and slowness is appalling. Got home and paperwork given is not even mine it's someone else's with their name and address, date of birth on how unprofessional!!
I would give 5 stars for service and raj is very helpful along with the staff. However, the waiting time is very high. Has gotten worse with the virus, have to wait outside but allow people to wait inside for 30 mins or so for their prescription. Need to find a better system and waiting outside adds 10 to 30 extra time waiting.
If it was only possible I would give them 0 stars. No sense of urgency whatsoever. The slowest and most unorganised pharmacy! We came back to pick up our prescription on the next day and it still wasn’t ready. We have been asked to come in the evening and assured it will be ready by then. We decided to go the next day. Two days in total and I still ended up waiting for 40 minutes! With small kids. They couldn’t find part of my prescription. In the end I decided to take it to a different pharmacy. If it happened once, I’d understand, but its like that every time. The woman running the till, is the most arrogant sales person I’ve ever had the chance to deal with. If it wasn’t for the surgery just opposite, I bet nobody would ever go back there. I sure won’t. And will never recommend.
The Pharmacy is doing good job serving customers/Patients with a welcoming smile. The pharmacy serve the customers/ patients with right medicine for their prescription. They have been a great help to the Nightingale neighbourhood in Langdon Hills Basildon. My best wishes will always be with them.
