I came in to become a member and the customer service assistant lady was super helpful, the process of making a membership was super easy and I was able to become a member within 5-10 minutes! Highly recommend it if you need some printing done or anything else. The staff are incredibly helpful

Lovely staff showed us how to use the facilities and what was available for me and my little one. Very kind, patient and engaging.
The librarians in general are responsible to some degree in dealing with library members, but the some of the security staff are very unwelcoming and condescending to library members for example, I was rudely commanded to leave the library premise because I walk 1 walked away from my laptop and bag in the Library to make a private business call in a quick room. However, when I tried to explain to the security staff and the manager on the 29/04/2017 that I made an effort to return to my possession every minute to make sure I was present in the building and compliant, I was refused to tell my side of the story. I am aware that security staff have to ensure the security and protection of library members but I honestly believe this particular incident should have been dealt more professionally in my view. Extremelly unpleasant and rude waitress in library cafe ruined the whole experience. Avoid if you dont want to hear passive aggressive attitude towards you. Person unsuitable to work in retail and/or hospitality shoul not ruin the reputation of this lovelly place. Wish cafe management all the best of luck looking for emploees who loves theyr job.
To be honest I love the libary, for everything that it helps us to do. As a returning student, I love this place. But the reason I used such a low score is because it simply is just to noisy in there, especially when school gets out. The staff there just simply can't do enough to stop them, and security have rarely done anything. So it really puts me off going, becaue I hate it when they all show up and cause a riot.
It's pretty close by to me. The facilities are great. I would just say that the library closes too too early or is it just me anyways imma go there now . Really recommend. BYEEEEEEEE

A good asset for the community, more than just a library.
