Grays Harvester

Food was lovely, the waitress was called Vicky, she was so lovely, she did not try to rush the order, she made time to listen to the small children with there request. She had a constant friendly smile & really was a nice waitress, her customer focus skills got 10/10

Me and my boyfriend went here on the 18th June for dinner. Easy to book a table online. Although i would recommend doing so as when we went at 5pm it was all full. The staff were lovely, including Emma who was looking after us. The ladies helping us with our salads were nice too. Good price for food, and re-fillable drinks. Parking was avaliable to. Our food was tasty as well, could'nt finish all my main. Lovely selection of sauces, and all the food was fresh. I will be returning. Only give 4 stars as when going to use the ladies toliets when leaving, sadly all stools were dirty, but other then that was a nice evening out.

Visited the establishment on Friday 25th November 2022 for dinner with the family. First thing I noticed is that the room decor and furniture were well looked after in comparison with some of the other harvesters I’ve visited in the past. However the ambience did not save the night and saying that I was grossly disappointed was an understatement to say the least. The staff were very polite and friendly but the speed for service left a lot to be desired. It took over an hour to receive our food - to add to the disappointment when I got my food I noticed that the grilled chicken burger I ordered was not cooked all the way through and as a result I had to stop eating it. The waitress agreed to take it off the bill, apologising in the process but having waited so long to receive the food to begin with it didn’t feel like much compensation for the service we had endured. Safe to say that I will not be visiting this branch in future.

Great service . Ok meal. Chicken a bit overcooked and missing sweetcorn but waitress looked after us. Salad bar not great today - missing items . Hence 4 start overall. Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options Kid-friendliness: Seemed to look after a birthday party table well. Parking: Plenty of parking. Big car park Wheelchair accessibility: Looks really good for wheelchair access.ball on one level Dietary restrictions: Staff asked us about allergies

Very friendly, never waited to long for food. My starter was over cooked , mushrooms in breadcrumbs & dip but the main was ok. Booked to go with family on 25th so hopefully it's all nice. Parking: Plenty of parking behind harvester.

Amazing value for money. Went for lunch. Very good selection of food, caters for all diet requirements. Very reassuring attitude with allergies which makes you at ease and eat peacefully. The unlimited drinks/ tea/ coffee and salads make this phenomenal value. Reasonable quality as well, all fresh. Sorry was staving, so didn't take food pics. And very attentive service. Thanks to Karen and chef Michael! We will definitely make this our regular.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvester, Grays, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. I was served by Karen, who was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to my needs, and made great recommendations. The food was cooked to perfection by Mike, the head chef. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this harvester to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere make this restaurant a must-visit. Thank you, Karen and Mike, for making my dining experience truly exceptional. I will definitely be back for more!

Amazing service by Karen, tasty breakfast, warm atmosphere. We had a great start of the day with Harvester Grays!

We got fitted in straight away as hadn’t booked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Salad bar could have been topped up better. Disabled ppl you have to walk around the front of the restaurant but we were let out the fire exit when we left. Food lovely and good portion sizes Vicky our waitress was so helpful and friendly. Credit to your restaurant Parking: Ok if your not disabled but the long walk to the entrance is a task Wheelchair accessibility: Certain areas would not be suitable but there are seats in the restaurant for wheelchairs.

Had the Prawn cocktail starter, which has to be one of the best I have had. Very fresh, tasty and lettuce was crisp. Then we had the Turkey Christmas Dinner. I settled for the Turkey as didn't want the chicken as it sounded like it came on the bone. The Turkey was amazing. It fell apart when cut into. I would have liked the gravy to be served in a gravy boat instead of a small tin like bucket as it just isnt enough. The speed of service was good, but our server could have been a little more interactive with me and my friend. The only words I believe she spoke were, "Are you ready to order?" There was no welcoming gesture, smile, or any personality at all, really. She never checked in to asked if our food was ok or if we enjoyed it, if we needed anything else..nothing. Overall, the restaurant is lovely and the food very good. I would most definitely return.
