Paul has been taking care of me and my wife for the past 6 or 7 years. We have taken a variety of issues to him from sore hips, sore knees, sore shoulders from too much piano playing, etc. He is always generous with his time and keen to ensure we understand the issues and remedial measures. He is our first stop for any physical issues.
Paul has worked wonders to help me recover after an accident at work. Easy exercise regime which is connected to an app that shows you what to do and how to do it correctly. Paul listened to all of my woes and managed to adjust any exercise which proved too painful. He is just a text away too which is comforting when you need to change an appointment for any reason. Cannot recommend Paul and Gray,s Physiotherapy enough. So easy to book appointments online for when you need them.
I was recommended to see Paul after suffering a hip/lower back injury for the last 4 months through weightlifting, resulting in pain for days after exercise. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and with 4 or 5 visits had passed on the knowledge of the exercises I needed to do to improve my right side of my hip but also explained the cause which was my flexibility in my hip and back. I am now slowly getting back to where I was prior to the injury and I only wish I went sooner to see Paul!
Excellent service and treatment from Paul at Gray's Physiotherapy. Initial consultation was by video and then follow up appointments in person. Paul quickly identified the problem and the exercises he gave me were achievable and effective. The app he uses to share exercises allows for quick and informal updates or questions between appointments which I found really useful. Will use again!
Working with Paul over the last couple of months on a shoulder problem. Always welcoming, explains what’s wrong and what he’s doing in a helpful, non- technical way and teaches how to help yourself towards faster recovery. Highly recommended to anyone with physio needs!
