This station served by Thameslink. Service is not much impressive so do the staff. No doubt staff is there for help but more showing attitude. Anyhow there’s station to give us travelling service and that’s all we need.
Nice little station
A big thank you to a member of staff at Gravesend train station yesterday. I was approached by a very drunk man whilst waiting for a lift home. He asked me for a lift and became very persistent when I refused. The situation could have escalated if it hadn't been for the member of staff there at the time who intervened and asked if I needed assistance. He dealt with the man in a very prompt but polite and professional manner. Thank you very much - 5 stars! :
This is one of the more attractive large railway stations I've visited it has a large bicycle storage facility and being a railway station has good connections to somewhere other than gravesend.
They're really helpful for someone that's in a wheelchair and very friendly people there would recommend to go there
