I've just bought my new car from this garage and couldn't be happier. My customer experience has been fantastic. Professional and friendly sales staff look after you really well and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Lewis who I dealt with thoughout the purchase process and his colleague, who I met on that 1st rainy Saturday afternoon. They sell a great range of cars. When we were returning from a short holiday yesterday, the low engine oil light came on in the car. We didn't know the area but a quick Google search showed us that Gravells was open. There was a pleasant and concerned response from the sales staff on duty. Adam, one of the technical service guys was extremely helpful, checking the oil and he topped it up for us, and there was no charge which the Manager confirmed. Superb service, getting us out of a possibly serious situation as we had some miles to travel to get home. Brian and Sian Sewell
