Had excellent customer service from Grass Direct at Birtley today, the staff were very knowledgeable about their products and super helpful, ended up leaving with a better product for less than the product we had originally chosen online. Would definitely recommend this store
We came in off the back of seeing the Grass Direct’s bank holiday offer to get a feel for the artificial grass. We had one in mind but Seb helped us and laid out all the options including delivery time, quality, size and offers on price. Seb sold to us in a very consultative way and put our wants/needs first so overall a very good experience and we will be returning!
Seb was an absolute star talked us though all the options and even gave us a discount on the prices displayed. Highly recommend this company.

The guys at grass direct went above and beyond today to help us. Extremely friendly and great customer service skills. We got all the info we needed, the grass the glue and delivery. All priced much cheaper than other local places. Very happy.

Very knowledgable staff who are friendly and courteous. No high pressure salesman, we were left alone after the staff had introduced themselves , enabling us to look around, the advice given was very helpful and enabled us to make a quick decision and a purchase.

Great service from the Guys at the store. Help with opening a Trade account for our business. Havent actually visited the store just dealt with them via phone call. Quick, easy and smooth transactions both times. They will be my go to for all future artificle grass orders. Only down side is they dont hold stock on site but delivery is usually within 2 days depending on stock availability
