Grasmere is a small family owned caravan park that was established before 1930.
We tend to attract those families who prefer peace and quiet to activity and razzmatazz, and use us as a base to explore the surrounding countryside, beach, Great Yarmouth, the Norfolk Broads and numerous other local attractions.
Within one mile of our entrance there are 4 public houses, 5 supermarkets including a Tesco with cashpoints and Lidl. There is also a butchers, newsagent/post office, chemist, several hairdressers, a wide range of restaurants/ takeaways and a bookmakers. Together with the rest of the village shops they can provide much better value than if we tried to provide them on-site.
