We are really impressed with our new drive I. We had a few issues at first but they were quickly rectified. 100% happy with the way this was handled. Could not have wished for a better company to carry out the work. And to top it off we got a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. Thanks Graphica keep up the good work
Drive has been down for over 2 years now. Looks as good as they day it was done. Constantly getting complements on it.
Absolutely shocking customer service, they laid a drive for my mother and now won't honour the guarantee. Just keep putting her off with excuses about they will come and put it right soon. Nothing, if I were you I would just avoid this company completely, if they manage to stay in operation
