Situated in the heart of the community, 1Life at Grantham Meres Leisure Centre offers excellent sports facilities and one of the finest gyms in Grantham. The centre is an excellent sporting venue hosting national and county events in football and athletics. 400m athletics track offering wide range of athletics events plus central football pitch, home to Grantham Town Football Club. On site bar and catering facilities available. Spectator terraces and standing plus grass banking. Easy access to the A1 makes this a central venue for hosting all major events.

The Centre offers four swimming pools: An eight lane 25m pool, a learner pool, two fun pools, a flume and a Jacuzzi. We also offer one of the largest ranges of fitness classes in Grantham that will suit all levels of fitness from pilates to yoga tone.
All our instructors within our wonderful gym are Level 3 Qualified and they will encourage you to reach your weight loss and fitness goals with friendly and supportive advice.

Membership is a bit pricey for what it actually is worth. Facilities are average and the swimming pool changing rooms are horrible. However, they do have a good variety of exercise classes with friendly instructors which are suitable for all abilities, ages and disabilities

Another week another class moved to studio rather than small Hall. Already people on waiting list so didn't  book.

Had my son's 7th birthday party here just recently and the entertainment was great. The coach who entertained the kids with different sport activities was amazing really got the kids involved and they all enjoyed it. When it came to the party food I was very disappointed, it was not worth £4.40 per child and as it's costa coffee preparing the food u expect a desent spread. Most of the children did not eat the food.... the pizza was so over done it was dry, the sandwiches where very few and little (only one small silver tray of sandwiches which there was only ham or cheese. Maybe needed a couple more selections), the chicken strips was very dry and hard, would of been nice to have some healthy food for instant cucumber and carrot sticks with a dip but the sausage roll and crisp was only the decent thing. I do think for the price should in include some kind of pudding (maybe jelly and ice cream). The table cloth was abit scruffy and dirty was all scunched up like it been used for over 100 partys (looked like the ones u maybe use once and throw away). The room when we arrived was overly hot we did get told if we wanted to open the fire doors but me being me would of done that ages ago before people arrived to give it a chance to cool. Due to the room being warm the juice jugs for the party was left in there and they was so warm so not sure how long they was sat there. When it came to ask the cafe staff for anything I felt it was very unprofessional for the young girl sat behind the counter on her phone everytime I was going to the counter to ask for anything but Other than this problems the kids enjoyed it. I would come again for the entertainment but next time I'll bring my own food....

Visited on 29th August am. Very good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
