Bill Granger on Granger & Co Clerkenwell:
'With Granger & Co Clerkenwell I wanted to create, not just an inviting spot where you can relax, dine and indulge, but also something a bit different. The area is a creative hub so I wanted to inject some glamour into the restaurant, while at the same time keeping things classic. Climbing the stairs into the bright, airy restaurant, an array of freshly baked tarts, cakes and slices are laid out on a terrazzo slab. Tall windows look out over treetops and 1960s Italian lamps create a soft glow in the evening. This is a place for sharing small dishes and pizzettas over a cocktail, or two.'

Granger at clerk-well is much more quieter than knotting hill’s, however, the atmosphere is less than the latter. Staff is kind and attentive. You feel relaxed and appreciated. My favorite breakfast stop ever. I loved their hot cakes and scramble eggs.
One of the best brunches in London. We keep on coming back here for the ricotta hot cakes which is their most famous dish. Reasonably priced for the area.

Amazing place for brunch, big windows, airy stylish space, we had ricotta hotcakes with banana, green juice, side salad and halloumi cheese and fresh Aussie and a cider. Enjoyed every bite :
My all time favourite, airy fresh decor with lots of sunshine. The extensive aussie menu would cater different taste. The dishes are simple yet very delicious. I recommend the recotta hot cakes and the shrimp burger.
The pancake was really nice, and the place was really cozy and pretty.
We went there on a Sat morning without a reservation. The restaurant was packed but we managed to get a table at the bar area. Staff are very friendly and foods were delicious... we all ate more than we thought we would! Loved the almond milk chai quite Indian and the Kimchi cheese open sandwich!
Amazing food and service, the hot cakes are the best thing on the menu! 10/10 would recommend
