Recently became inflected with the "golf bug" so I FAIR enjoyed my experience here. Some tough holes, for a novice like myself.i hit lots of over pars,2 pars and only 4 escaped forever -srixen,s which is a method I use as a performance baromete. I found the course in good shape,nice pacy greens too as I found out when.my putts kept going, passing the hole instead of going in it .Much to learn On the playing side ? Well yeah,, But will I be back ?? Definitely !!!! ,I will return
Been a member here for around a year, memberships are cheapest about and for an old municipal course it really is a good round of golf. Challenging for all. The 7th over the water is a cracker

Grangemouth golf course is a good track. But I think it would be the best course in the district if private ownership happens. Then it could be properly maintained.
I had a 40th Birthday Party here for my Daughter Tracy on 18th August 2017. I don't know where to start as Helen and the staff at the golf Club gave their all, and the result was an amazing party and great night had by all who attended. The hall was decorated for us by Helen and staff and it was stunning to say the least, when I walked through the hall door I knew that my Daughter would have a wonderful party. All the photo collages and photos for making the number 40, stumps and clips, we had taken down earlier in the week along with the sweets and bags for the sweetie table, balloons and blue tack. The Banners, candles and flowers were done really lovely and matched the colour theme, I said we were doing, we paid for the flowers and the rest Helen so kindly said we could use for the night. Nothing asked was too much bother for Helen and the staff, they did a great job, and did it professionally, they did Tracy proud. the catering for the buffet was also done by recommendation from Helen and staff, it was organized prepared and served by "Wee White Dog" and this was some buffet, had many different tastes, hot and cold & looked absolutely amazing, and was well loved by all party goers. I have had a few buffets in my years and this was by far the best!! would definitely, recommend them to all, great quality, quantity and service. Thank you Wee White Dog the food was well talked about for all the correct reasons. So Just want to say if you having a party for a family member or friend, for whatever reason, remember the Grangemouth Golf Club, great time had by all, and bar not too expensive either.

Fantastic welcome in the Golf Shop, challenging but fair golf course, examines the whole bag of clubs. Very tidy and the greens for November were in great shape. afterwards in the clubhouse we were very well looked after, recommend the all day breakfast super value £6.00. We then played Concretional on the clubs golf simulator, fantastic value for all of us at £6.00. Would highly recommend a visit, we will definately be back.
Nice layout in good condition at a very reasonable price ,only criticism would be the views of the refinery from the back 9 but I'm sure the course was there first views added later .
