I had an amazing experience at Leonardo Hotel. I loved the diversity of staff. Me and my husband had an afternoon tea with beautiful fresh, fluffy scones, sandwiches and treats. Our respectable waiter Kevin’s customer service went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and met our non-alcoholic needs. He also made this beautiful non-alcoholic cocktail. He definitely deserves a promotion/raise!
Our stay here was truly wonderful. The 2-bedroom apartment suite was beautifully appointed, offering ample space and comfort. The on-site spa was a wonderful amenity, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate. But what really made our experience exceptional was the prime location, with Tower bridge a 5 minute walk away and lovely surroundings and was great to find the historic London Wall just outside the hotel.nnFrom the moment we arrived, Jordanne, checked us in, he ensured all our needs were met. His warm welcome and dedication to excellent service was great. Even on our checkout day, we were graciously allowed to leave our bags at the property, allowing us to explore the area without hassle.nnThe combination of luxurious accommodations, fantastic facilities, and a prime location steeped in history truly made this a memorable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.
The hotel met our expectations, I was even surprised how beautiful and large it is. My husband was also pleased with his entire stay at this hotel, especially since it was his birthday present. The rooms are very elegant, the bathroom is very large and it was the first time I saw a bathtub and a shower, which was a very nice surprise.nWell-equipped gym, swimming pool very cold water, sauna not very warm, wet sauna also not very humid, food, in general, everyone will find something for themselves, but there are few vegetables for vegetarians. Elevator we had to wait for it for a very long time, it was very troublesome at times and we had to take the stairsnThere is champagne to welcome guests an interesting option, there are also mini useful things if you forget some cosmetics free of charge, very good flavored water a nice gesture for guests and fruit in the spa/gym area and in the main hall. Nice service, many areas where you can work or read a book on the sofa, very good coffee in the hall and in the room.nnThe location is super quiet and close to Tower Bridge.nnWe recommendnnRegards
We spent two nights at the hotel, staff were friendly and approachable. There were refreshments and fresh fruits at the reception area which was wonderful. The superior room was spacious and kept clean, we enjoyed all the amenities provided within the room.nnConcierge was a nice addition that allowed us to roam about London hands free after check out, as we had a late train journey back. We will definitely make use of the swimming pool and gym next time we stay.nnLocation was perfect as Aldgate station was about 5 to 10 min walk away.nWe also loved the food and drinks there! The portion was unexpectedly good which made us order again the next day as well! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they’re planning to visit London : you’re welcome!
Nothing short of 5* for this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, not to mention a glass of bubbly offered. The room was spacious, clean and plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, and we had an evening meal one night which was very good , like to mention waitress Honey what a lovely friendly girl. Fruit, biscuits and flavoured water complimentary at recrption. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and it is close to Tower Hill tube station. Thank you for a wonderful stay.n.
