I visited this dental practice for a specialist root canal filling with Tom Brannen. He was lovely and put me at ease right away. Everything was fully explained and I received a full typewritten report of the treatment required and costs.nnThe staff were very nice and most welcoming and the place was very clean. First time visit today after being on a waiting list for over a year after my dentist closed.nWas quite nervous but needn't have been. Every member off staff were absolutely lovely, putting me at ease.nSaw Mr Ali, he was very reassuring and very gentle. The dental nurse was lovely also . Overall a great experience, would highly recommend
I have been extremely nervous/apprehensive about dentists for many years. Booked an appointment for a emergency extraction of a loose tooth. The dentist Helen put me at ease and after a full examination of my teeth she not only extracted my loose tooth but also discussed further future work reference more required extractions plus fitting of dentures. My long held fear of dentists clearly dispelled and I look forward,I think, to my future appointments. Totally can recommend this practice.
First time attending today for an emergency appointment and I was really pleased with how the appointment went. Helen explained everything clearly, answered my questions and repaired a broken tooth I had as pain free as possible. Definitely the best dentist I've been to in a long time. Thank you.
I got seen really quickly which I appreciate, but the after care was not good for me personally. I’ve been left in more pain than before and they cannot help me anymore because it was an emergency appointment. Which as much as they will say it was not made clear to me. By the looks of it for everyone else it seems amazing so mine might be a one off, but will not be going again.
