This used to be a very good company, but the service has deteriorated seriously lately twice I have missed appointments due to them not turning up. Today was 20minutes late and response from office was simply . Do you want to phone another company. Thanks for advice in future I shall.

Use them all the time but twice now been charged over the norm .phoned the office last time said they wd gt back to me heard nothing was charged 6.50 from asda grangemouth normally abt 4.50 to 5.00 pound ...son was charged 14 pound to polmont from bowhouse area of grangemouth usually have to phone them a couple of times cause there normally late time to use another taxi company i think .
