Came to quote for an insurance job for my boiler that stopped working and was told that all that was needed was a pcb board.  The following day the report that was given to the insurance company was totally different. If i was told this on the evening that the boiler was to old and not worth fixing then my day could have been spent looking for a alternative repair company to use.  Just a bit of transparency would have been appreciated

Gas Heating Services sent out an engineer to diagnose a fault on our Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler. in less than a week the parts were ordered and the engineer returned to install the new parts and service our boiler.  The work was carried out to a high standard and our boiler now is operating better, quieter and more efficient than when it was installed. A very professional and courteous company. We experienced great communication from there booking agent with calls to confirm the engineer was on-route and very clean and tidy workmanship. These people are professionals.

Absolutely brilliant company Lee and his team just moved our boiler from kitchen to airing cupboard they were very polite and curtious and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done with minimal fuss and disruption would highly recommend there service's many thanks to you all on a job well done.

Prompt efficient service. Genuine diagnosis with fair cost.  I would recommend this Company without reservation.  Good communication too.

Sent email enquiry no response, very disappointed

Had a couple of faults with the boiler in the last 12 months and they've always been able to help despite it being in lockdown.
