Grand Central

Well. What a beautiful Hotel to stay in . In Belfast for a hospital appointment. We couldn't be more well looked after. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed,very modern and clean. I hope to return on a leisure visit the next time. Thank you all at the Grand Hotel

Grand central was unreal! For a city hotel it was class, couldn't fault it. Room was plenty big, bed was comfy. Staff were so attentive and nice to talk to. We went for 2 nights for my wifes birthday and we will be definitely be back.

Always excellent customer service whether staying overnight as a guest or just calling in for a coffee. Door / concierge staff go above and beyond to make each trip memorable.

So impressed with this hotel! Fabulous interior and so clean. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. The Observatory bar is a must see! The hotel is very central, great location. Already planning my next visit

Spent our wedding night here. Beautiful hotel and very clean to high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Veiw from our room on 17th floor was fantastic.
