I was visiting Manchester on business. My hotel recommended that Granada Dry Cleaners might possibly be able to help me out. I not only needed to clean two suits and a few expensive tops, but I had a button pop off one of my favourite Ted Baker shirts. I was worried that an ugly single button would be sewn back in it's place. To my surprise, the staff were absolutely amazing. They reassured me that they'll match the buttons as best they could. Frankly, you can't tell the difference! My suits came out as CRISP as the day I bought them. I could tell my expensive shirts were handled delicately, with care, and you can see a difference. I don't know if it's their process or technology, but I wish my dry cleaners back home Toronto had results this impressive. Kudos to Granada. Great bunch of people, fantastic attitudes, they love what they do, and the pride shows in the quality and results they produce.
Fantastic service, fairly priced, fast and efficient. Knows what he does, bright lad, simple transaction.. and to my surprise it turned out much better than expected. New sole and heal replaced on my cowboy boots, the craftsmanship was of high calibre. He also filled in the cracks and scratches, and minor paint work it seems for free. Beautiful, exceptional finish, better than new. Top notch! 10/10
Was in Manchester on a business trip and the concierge at the hotel recommended Granada. Very happy that he did - as the service was impeccable, fast and simply perfect. My shirts and suit were cleaned perfectly at last minute. Thank you Granada! To be honest they're better than the dry cleaner I use back home! If we had a Granada I'd definitely switch!! :
Surly staff with little customer service etiquette. Took in a suit, was given it back with the waist part coming apart from the trousers on one side of the pair of trousers. When I pointed this out to hem they told me it was just normal wear and tear of the garment, I asked them to show me any other type of wear and tear in the garment that reflected that wear and tear after all surely a garment will show that level of distress in other places and just received blank looks and giggling. When I asked to speak to the manager I got a mouthful from the 'manager' and told to leave. Was given an email address to complain if I wanted to despite twice emailing never got a reply. I would strongly recommend anyone to go elsewhere
I was over the moon with there service, having bought a new designer dress, I accidently got a greasy stain on it, and truely thought it was ruined. The following morning went early to Granada Dry cleaners, the staff were kind and reassuring, promised to try there best. Collected four days later, they had performed a miracle excellent!! NONONONO! took my canada goose body warmer here to be dry cleaned, it has been dry cleaned before. i got my jacket back ruined & even more dirty ! every single one of my front buttons are missing and some have even gone all together. I didn’t get the buttons back. so I could try get it fixed it’s just basically ruined !! I am heart broken £375 down the drain. The staff are horrible not interested wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!! Poor service, damaged suit, given the complete run around from the owner and then completely disregarded . asked me to take my 500 pound suit back to the shop for tests, which i did, the shop i bought it suggested its a dry cleaning fault clearly it was but i did what i could to resolve it then the owner of the dry cleaner told me to instruct a solicitor!!!! not a care in the world and a waste of my time. they are not part of the TSA Textile Services Association and will not take action when they damage your clothes. further to this , do not rely on them being open til 6pm, i was running late and got there at 5.55 but the door was closed and i couldn't get my suit for the wedding next day even though i was on the telephone trying to ring them since 5,45 as i ran to their shop all in all, very poor service and completely fobbed off. go to a proper national store that is definitely insured and part of the TSA. granada has been there a long time, u would think they care better of their reputation.
I have used this firm before but I can honestly say never again. I left three jackets to be dry cleaned on Monday 15 April 2013. I was advised that the cleaning could be collected on Wednesday however when I tried to collect it on that day, they couldn't find two of the jackets. When I complained I was told to come back on Friday. I have been back today and received the cleaning; again I complained about the service and having to make an extra trip in the pouring rain Iwas fobbed off by extremely rude staff. They charge twice as much as local dry cleaners and really it is not worth paying the extra.
Really great cobbler - he's resurrected multiple pairs of my shoes extremely cheaply. No corners cut though as he seems to use all the proper traditional tools and techniques. Strongly recommended.
The owner Attiya is not to be trusted. Customers garments are ruined she has a mate who will run up a cheap imitation sewing in the original anything here check what you got back is the original.ServicesSpecial care fabric cleaning
