I would just like to say that Graham Roofing (Scotland) Limited re-roofed and roughcasted my house . 

The service was friendly, professional, and delivered promptly in line with agreed schedules. In addition, the work carried out was first class.

We found this company to be dishonest, poor workmanship, lacks professionalism and absolutely no customer care.  

We choose this company to reconstructed a flat roof in 2009 as they were local and member of FMB & NFRC, they did not adhere to the quote to take off the existing roof saying they had torched it dry which we proved within days was untrue as we broke through and water came down.  We also paid for kingspan insulation but when we took the roof off July 2013 as it was not fit for purpose there was a number of areas in the roof with no kingspan. The new roof leaked after 1.5 years and was replaced within 4 years is absolutely shocking for a large company who is winning awards with NFRC who we wrote to regarding the many problems we were experiencing too many to list above. 
We have video evidence of all stages of proving the problems we encountered when breaking through to old roof and dismantling the new roof.
We are still waiting on a refund and have recently contact the programme Rip of Britain as this company ignores all communication.

Best Roofing Company in Glasgow. My roof was badly damaged during recent storm and these guys were on the pulse. They came straight out and got the problem sorted at a very reasonable price. If you have a roofing issue I could not recommned this business highly enough. 10/10

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. Recently had some work done by Graham Roofing. Found them to be profesional, clean & managed my expectaions with timescales etc... I have had a lot of work done on my property recently & they are one of the few building companies to be in the 21st century with being able to invoice through email, tradesmen who dont shout & swear while in or around my house & always have polite staff when i had to call their call centre.

Find it hard to understand why anyone has a negative to say about the them.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, after 'fixing' the roof three times (the roof is as bad now as it ever was), cancelling further appointments (because it was not raining!!) and now they refuse to speak to me at all.
This bunch of idiots even admitted the job was not properly completed the first time and blame an ex-employee, well I am sorry but I paid the company not the ex-employee.
If anyone out there knows how to make these guys do the job I paid them for I welcome your suggestions.
