We booked Graeme for our November 2022 wedding near Edimburgh and could not be happier with the result. He did a great job of capturing the emotions of the day and making the most of the limited daylight, and all our guests commented on how great the pictures are. Looking at them brings tears to my eyes every single time, that's how great they are :
We booked Graeme Wilson for our wedding on the 2nd of July 2022 so sorry for the late review. He was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process, from the moment we booked until the photos were all delivered. We really love our photos, both the more posed “hang on the wall” couple photos and all the ones he captured in the moment. During the day he was so professional, he made sure the photo session ran smoothly and efficiently so we could enjoy the day with our guests, which was really important to us. The rest of the time we hardly noticed he was there, but when we got the photos he had captured so many special moments. We would definitely recommend him to anyone getting married.
We were so incredibly lucky to have Graeme as our wedding photographer! He put us both at ease from the first time we met him and was great at communicating with us on the run up to the day. On the day he was very professional and so chilled out which relaxed us totally! and Graeme captured every detail and emotion of the day we ever could have hoped for! He blended in to the background so well that we didn’t even notice that he was there the majority of the time! A lot of our guests were complimenting Graeme’s style of photography also. We are over the moon with our photos - the wooden presentation box, USB and prints were such a lovely touch to add to our digital copies. Honestly we recommend Graeme highly enough - book him quick before he’s all booked up! Once again, thank you so much Graeme!
We are so glad that we chose Graeme to be our wedding photographer. He was very professional from start to finish and we could not recommend him highly enough. His relaxed yet efficient manner on the day made everything stress-free. He is very creative and we are absolutely delighted with our photos. Graeme was our photographer for our postponed wedding in June 2021, and we could not have been happier with our choice! In the lead up, Graeme was always very quick with communication, and was very accommodating when it came to postponing our original date due to the pandemic. On the day, he was brilliant with us and our guests, right from the bridal party preparations through to the cake cutting, and was very calm and easy-going. He also kept us right during the day, making sure we were where we needed to be and, in a way, was as much a coordinator as he was a photographer. The fact that he managed to do this while still being as inconspicuous as you'd expect a photographer to be speaks volumes! Indeed, many of our guests commented on how great and well organised he was, and that we had “picked a winner” with our photographer. We were delighted to receive so many preview photos just a few days after the wedding - far more than we were expecting, and we couldn't stop looking at them for the first week of our honeymoon! We have recently received our full album. We are delighted with it and can’t wait to start displaying the photos. We would recommend Graeme to anyone looking for a photographer who’s both brilliant to work with and delivers amazing photos!
We got married in April 2019 and found Graeme around a year before hand where we decided he could potentially be the ideal man for the job. We met up over coffee with him where we could go over previous work and get a feel for his style and him as a person. Around a month before the wedding, Graeme reached back to us to arrange times etc as well as provide him with a list of any of the staged family shots we wanted and who would be in each photograph - which we glad he did this as we forgot to bring this list on the day ourselves! On the day Graeme made us feel completely at ease and other than the photos we did before the ceremony and family shots, we actually hardly seen him throughout the day - blended in so well taking the natural/candid shots which were better than we wanted/expected. Around a week after the day we got a few sneak peaks before getting an online album a month or so after which was ideal for social media and sharing to family & friends. Other than Graeme’s more candid style and easy going personality, the other reason we chose him was that we did not need to fork out for a whole package before the wedding - this meant after a few months we could arrange a wedding album to be made once we had paid off some debt etc! Overall we would both fully recommend Graeme to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. He is friendly, professional, talented & easily contactable, nothing is a bother. The box with selected prints & USB is just simply amazing, and we can’t describe how amazing the album is he helped design a few months after.
