If there was a 0 star for this place it would still be too many -0 
A lovely sweet young lady went for an interview here for a job, to be rejected half way through this interview. 
This beautiful young lady had a stammer, so she was told that she would be no use to them as customer service would be depleted due to her stammering 
Absolute SHAME on Grace & Co

Really like this shop and the jewellery they sell. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recently purchased the Calling an Angel necklace, which I absolutely love but my only disappointment is that you can't get the additional colours without paying a fortune for the delivery, which goes against the actual concept of the necklace.

Shop very clean and bright.  Staff very friendly and helpful.  A good selection of jewellery, with prices to suit your budget.

Lovely new shop, staff are all very polite and helpful, making the experience very easy and pleasant... would recommend to all for gifts to yourself and others. Wide range of brands with wide range of prices making it affordable for all.
