The staff, atmosphere and punters at the Grace Arms are always very friendly.nIt's a great pub for locals and visitors alike with a wide selection of drinks and a great selection of food.nHaving eaten here a number of times, we've never been disappointed, especially on a quiet early week day visit. The 2 for 1 offers are amazing value for money in these difficult times.nNote/ Be warned it can be busy for BIG sports events, as they have screens in the family and adult only sides of the bar.nnBonus feature... It's Dog Friendly, so you will encounter 4 legged friends.
Lovely Afternoon here at Grace Arms pub ordered two mains for £13.49 wanted to change a few items on my plate and it was no problem at all from the manager who was happy to help ,food came hot and fresh! great atmosphere and fantastic play list
Always come here when on this part of town, often when we've been to Whitby Park across the road. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I like the beer garden on a hot summer's day.nToday we stopped off for a quick drink and a snack to eat, and if we hadn't needed to be somewhere else, we would've had stayed for a proper course of dinner. My Mam was very impressed with the place and she liked the chilled atmosphere. She said that she'd be coming again next time her and my Dad visit us
The pub boasts a truly exceptional team behind the bar, always ready with a smile and swift service. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly elevated the experience. And speaking of exceptional, the steak was cooked to absolute perfection, a testament to the kitchen's skill. It was a delightful evening, made even better by the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit to experience it for yourself.
Came in for a catch up lunch with a friend and a few games of pool. We sat in the over 18s section and the atmosphere was great! We ordered from the 2 for £13.49 menu and we were not disappointed! We ordered the fish and chips and the hunters chicken skillet. The bar staff were very knowledgeable when I asked what type of fish it was, they recommended that I have the fish with lemon and it was absolutely delicious! My friend asked for some modifications to her meal and everything was met to the highest standard. Thank you to Andy for being so accommodating while we were ordering, will definitely be coming back again soon!
