Grabex has installed timber sash windows in my flat in 2008. At the time the work was carried very smooth and I was very pleased with the service. The timber finish looks stunning. The attached photo is taken now 2022, as you can see after 14 years the windows still look like new! Recently I also used Grabex to install UPVC windows in my another property. I was pleased with the communication and service provided. Grabex is definitely the company to recommend. They might not be the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for! A good service, an exceptional quality and long lasting windows worth every penny!
We are yet again very happy customers with our latest instalment of two bedroom windows supplied and fitted by Grabex. Our builders introduced us to Grabex when we needed two windows for our garage conversion which was completed 18 months ago. They managed to perfectly match the style of our other front of house facing windows. We were so impressed with the quality of both the product and workmanship of the fitters, we decided to return to Grabex for our most recent instalment of two bedroom windows which needed replacing. The communication and customer service from survey to final inspection by the management team was excellent and last but not least, the two gentlemen who carried out the work were very polite and careful in the home during the fitting process. They left the place immaculate afterwards having done a 5 star job removing old windows and fitting the new ones. Thank you so much Grabex windows, we will be returning again if we need windows in the future.
An all-round first-rate job right from visiting the showroom, receiving the quote, visit from the surveyor & through to the actual installation. Good communication, installation within the scheduled time & efficient fitters who were polite & tidy. We're very pleased.
I had a front door installed by Grabex last year and I have been very happy with it. I have been waiting to write my review to test the door over time. Had new outside doors, window above door and surround built. Great service. From initial consultation, through order, install and after service care I was kept informed about progress all the way. They were also very quick, from order to install was half the time I had initially anticipated. Great finish too, love the quality.
We have used Grabex to replace all the windows at the front of our house, some new french doors and also a side entrance door! We installed Timber sash windows and love them! They have transformed the look of our house and are of great quality. Our house is old, and nothing is level or straightforward, Grabex have been very patient in helping us to get the look and feel that we want to achieve, and that also physically fits! Very knowledgable staff and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for new windows or doors!
Local company with great customer service. In particular Matt and Greg have been fantastic in our purchase and aftercare. Products were skylights, sliding doors, front door and windows - quality is good and finish looks stunning. Negatives - sadly the installation was not smooth, wrong sizes of products turned up and we had delays in completing the installation whilst we waited for the right sizes to be made. Ironically we had 2 surveys to ensure sizes and fitting were confirmed. Trouble with mechanism in new front door, reason was “bad luck” - we couldn’t open our front door. On re-installing the door we later discovered that the brick work was damaged. Overall maybe it was bad luck, however it was positively managed by the customer care team and actions were taken swiftly to rectify our problem.
Great company and people to work with. Greg, Matt and the team were very accommodating and responsive to emails and requests. The fitting process was very efficient and problem free. Highly recommended!
We had our windows installed 3 years ago. They're absolutely brilliant and transformed the house. When there was a crack in the glass after installation, the customer service we received was excellent. Grabex honoured the warrently and are refitting with replacements. Can't fault them.
Professional, helpful and happy to help with any queries I had. Kept to the time frame on installation and fantastic installers who were friendly and gave extra advice on maintaining the windows. Brilliant service and company.
