Needed to make appointment this morning for my severely disabled Mum. called one minute to 8, and they were still closed due to opening at 8 clock, rang again at 8, to be put in a que till quarter last 8!! To be told to call back tomorow as they have no appointments available!! Absolute joke! You need to start treating patients with more respect! It’s your job!

Booking an appointment means a 6 to 8 week wait. To get an appointment on the day you have to ring at 8am, however, as everyone is doing the same thing, when you eventually get through at twenty past eight, all the appointments are gone! They turned away my daughter, who turned out to have pneumonia and could have died. They kept promising that this surgery wouldn't shut down, but I think they would have done everyone a favour if they had. Your best option is to ring and go to the walk in centre at the George Eliot. This surgery is an absolute disgrace. It is a shame because the doctors are usually ok. One laughs at everything you say, but he's ok when you get used to him lol. The nurses are brilliant and are the only redeeming feature of this practice. Ann is amazing, well done to you.

Useless. Can't get an appointment for my child, ring every morning at 8am, on hold for upto 30 minutes and all appointments have gone unless some rare days there's spaces but no use if at school or work. Can book for three weeks time- would be dead or better by then.

It is nearly impossible to book an appointment here ! The doctors, or they only got one doctor is ok, the nurses are ok but reception...good luck in booking an appointment in this place !

Absolutely appalling surgery. Me and my Lil boy are registered here I've never seen anything like it. My boy might swell be registered at the walk in at the hospital.
