Honestly GoWallpaper Ltd, please change your delivery provider. Such poor service 6 days and still haven't received my wallpaper. Dread to think what condition it's in if I ever get it.nnMissed a delivery from these guys didn't even know it was coming. They left a card through door saying it was left at a post office 2 towns over from me. Went to collect it 2 days later, post office couldn't find it. Called main customer service desk and a very very helpful lady said its gone back to the local depot and will be sent out for redelivery after the weekend as the sender stated that it's not to be left with neighbour or left at a post office. What was the card all about????. Day on the tracking website it was out for delivery Monday. Wife took whole day off work to wait for it. Tracking said 12.30-1.30pm. Then at 1.10pm updated to Customer not in taken back to depot. Called wife, she said no one came, we have 24hr cctv, no one came up street or to door. Called customer service again to be told the driver tried to deliver it however when I mentioned cctv footage, said they would get the depot manager to call me. Tuesday 7.50am. Depot manager Called and left voicemail saying it will be delivered today and the tracking site reflected what she said. By 9.30am it showed returned to bepot, failed delivery......... Called customer service again to be told, he tried to deliver it and no one was in. I corrected them and said impossible then all of a sudden they said it was removed from the van at 6.05am and wouldbget the manager to call again. Still waiting after 3 call to customer service today and cannot even speak to a manager or supervisor at the customer service dept as its not their process. The depot manager will call you. Still waiting no call, no parcel, no customer service whatsoever. Apparently I can make a 1hr trip and collect it if I wished. Whats allbthat about when you pay for delivery.....nnI'll post a pic of the wallpaper, oh sorry I've not got it, not sure if I ever will. Glad I paid on my credit card, phone call to the bank for a charge back.
Shocking customer service! Bought 3 rolls and one doesn't match up with the other 2 rolls. Asked for a refund for one roll as pattern is clearly mismatched and was bluntly told no its your hanging skills that are the problem. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!
I had a great experience with this company I bought 10 heat saver papers off them and one tub of adhesive ,, the adhesive was obviously damaged in transit but they sent another out straight away next day so to me this was great customer service I woud definitely recommend and will use this company in the future A1
Ordered wallpaper and 2 tubs of adhesive paste. The seal was broken on one of the tubs and some of the adhesive had come out. I was advised there was nothing they could do about this as it was fine to use, refused to collect and refund. Be aware if you receive your items damaged they will not do anything about it. Poor customer service, I had to do a charge back on my credit card. Would not order from here again.
Went above and beyond to get the wallpaper I ordered delivered as soon as possible. I lost some rolls which I ordered previously and my decorator was due to arrive after being booked in for several weeks. Super friendly. Will definitely be ordering from Go Wallpaper again
