Never open on time. Closed xmas week and this is a parcel shop! Poor. It's now 10:30am on 4/1/22 and still closed. Been trying to collect a parcel since mid December. If you can't be bothered opening then sell up and let someone do a proper job. I have reported to trading standards. Please do the same.
Whoever owns the store needs reporting to trading standards. I live round the corner and usually pick up my Hermes parcels from here with no issues but i've received 3 emails saying that Hermes couldn't deliver to the store because they were closed. I tried my luck and gave the shop a call and they greeted me with the worst attitude ever. The man said it wasn't his problem and nothing to do with him and proceeded to talk over me and swear at me when I questioned why they were closed. I understand that the store is closed for Christmas but he lied saying they told Hermes they were closed, if that was the case then I wouldn't have missed 3 delivery attempts. It goes without saying that I won't be stepping foot in here again. They have no stock anyway, just a few chocolate bars and empty shelves it's embarrassing please avoid at all costs.
Went for Amazon return as well. On the website it indicated I wouldn’t need to do the packaging but here they charged me for 1 pound simply to tape down an opening of a paper bag which makes no sense.
I’ve had my boyfriend’s Christmas present delivered here but they haven’t been open at all for me to pick it up. Just contacted Hermes and the seller as this is unacceptable: don’t accept packages if you’re not going to let people collect it.
When will the store be opened? I still have several parcels to be delivered to this store. But they didn't mention that they would close for such a long time before.
Wery rude shop clerk, confrontational and arguing. Not knowing the policies in the shop! Tried to return Amazon package and tried to scam me. As you can see in other comments, customer service is awful there!

I went to send back a parcel to Amazon but the hermes machine was not working and the shop girl was more interested in her phone call than helping me.
