Very tasty food. Nice vegan options on the menu. Californian Burger is a must try for every vegan person. Staff would more friendly and do not chew gum while taking orders. That looked very disrespectful. Prices a bit too high.
Lovely hostess, very good food. The children's menu is disappointing, first of all it says it's a deal with ice cream but you have to pay for it. It says there is Sparkling water but the waitress said there is no for the children only a large one which I had to purchase.
Moved to Lucan about 6 months ago. Have been in GBK Liffey Valley numerous times. Food has always been great but the service is the best thing about it and the reason we always go back. On our 1st visit we had the pleasure of meeting manager Wendy. She is without doubt one of the best front of house staff in any restaurant. Very knowledgeable of the menus, super friendly to customers a total pleasure to deal with. Every time we go in and see her we know it's going to be a great afternoon or evening dining experience. This lady is a total credit to the restaurant and to the GBK chain. Keep her forever. Good food is one thing but great staff is what makes a restaurant.
Seated quickly andI was only left for about 10 mins before being able to order. Food arrived quickly and chunky fries were yellow on the outside and virtually raw on the inside so only tried one and left the rest, the place started to get busy so didn't really want to complain and wait for more fries so just had the burger and went upto pay, girl at the till asks "was everything ok" in which I replied the chips were raw and she replied ohh yeah we have had trouble with the chunky fries before and preceeded to charge me for them anyway. Probably my own fault not saying I wasnt paying for them but I didn't want the hassle. Although the staff are generally pleseant it wouldnt hurt to have a little training to deal with customers a little better. Burgers are normally good but they are starting to be miserable in size and no refills on the drinks either so it's has the angle of just milking customers in anyway possible.
The table was sticky from the get-go and the server barely looked our way unless called. The table wasn't cleared of rubbish and the water was tepid and gross. Honestly the chef should get the tip because the burger was the only good thing. The restaurant needs a general clean and the two server girls need to be properly trained on basic customer service. Very sad and sorry to say, maybe next time will be a bit better. Vegetarian options: The mains have meat free options - the bean burger was great but extra toppings are very expensive. Kid-friendliness: The menu has a little kiddie detail but no crayons were offered, we had to request it and got some sometime later Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are very close together, but the entrance is sloped, so wheelchairs can access the restaurant. The toilets aren't great for wheelchairs as the doors are double and heavy. The Liffey Valley Mall's own bathrooms are a better option. Dietary restrictions: The desserts had no dairy free option, nor did it mention that there was any dairy free milkshake or tea/coffee.
Delicious Delicious, most amazing, tasty burger. Highly recommended. Sorry, no photos. I just got stuck straight into eatingFood: 4/5
Always sooo amazingly tasty and yummy. They serve the Best onion rings I have ever had and their burgers are super tasty too. I just love the harbnero sauce and add it with any of their burger and really OMG.. its always bit crowded so I chose a time when less people visit there. Staff is friendly too.
Tasty burguers and friendly staff. I think burguers could be a bit bigger than they actually are. Cloud lemonade is a star on the menu!
Really enjoyed the food here. Had the Rocket man burger, was told it was spicy. As I like spicy food,it could've been a tad spicier, but really enjoyed it. My partner is vegan and really likes the menu here
Fantastic place for lunch and diner whit frends and family restaurant is not very big in central shopping in Liffey Valley staff very friendly and helpful
