Both milk shakes and the beef burgers are delicious!! But chicken burgers are dry and lack flavour. Not the biggest fan of their chips either. The staff is friendly and service is good. As for prices, compared to similar restaurants the prices are actually good. You can the the classic bundle for 14£ classic burger, chips, and a milkshake of your choice.
I had an absolutely awesome beef burger. The chunky fries were good. The place is lovely. The staff was very friendly. I had a great experience overall. The place wasn’t very busy. It would assume it could be quite loud when it‘s full of people.Recommended dishesBeef Burger, Burger and Fries
Stumbled across this place with the family and it was perfect. The burgers and fries with fantastic and the service and friendly staff are amazing. And it's a super awesome vibe!Food: 5/5
We rocked up with a group of 10 on a Saturday evening without a booking and the staff were really friendly and found places for us to sit. All of our food came quickly and ordering on the app was easy. Our friend with peanut allergies was also well looked after. Food was brilliant as well!
Sadly not a great review at all. Visited this place last January and was so impressed with the service the young lad serving us was so efficient & pleasant! plus the free-from food I actually placed the same order twice it was so delicious! was a joy to eat! Yesterday was completely different. The restaurant wasn’t at its busiest and we were seated quickly which was great! but after that we struggled to catch the server’s attention. I always believe the restaurant employees/employers should randomly sample the restaurant food & place orders from the free-from menu….because after that burger yesterday, I’m pretty sure they would have been extremely disappointed with the overall taste & quality of product as I was. The gluten free bun was so hard it was unpleasant & the chicken burger I’m not vegetarian was dry & hard. Not a great experience. My fellow diners were delighted with their food none of which was free from! which led me to believe that it was just the free from food which was a huge disappointment. This company receives outstanding reviews for their food overall so I would like to think they would reconsider the quality of their free from burger buns & randomly sample what is on offer. Dietary restrictions: Very restricted. Disappointed they don’t serve gluten-free chips!
The food was excellent. 'Hey Pesto' panko-crumbed was delicious. The meat was juicy and crispy on the outside. Pesto sauce was mild and the flavour of greens went very well with the meat. Fries were well cooked and crispy. Kai was very friendly and served us with a smile. Gave us some good suggestions which helped us enjoy our meal.Food: 5/5
Kind staff, easy and fast service. We ordered on the app, it messed up our order somehow and we were very confused. Normally I’d say it was our fault but we both clicked on the vegan section and so there was no way we could’ve accidentally clicked a meat burger from there. So was not their fault at all but equally we are both vegetarian so we couldn’t eat the burger, however the wait staff was very kind and without any hesitation they went and made a vegan burger instead and was fast ! I never like to cause any issues at all and so I was worried I’d made an issue for them, however they were so polite and just brushed it under the rug it made me feel a lot more comfortable. Thanks for helping us out and we will definitely be back Vegetarian options: Best bean burger you can get from a chain !
Great location and quiet despite being in the middle of the lanes. Wonderful burgers and shakes, wish we were actively told about specials as we missed out on two we would have liked to try. The panko fried chicken was however a bit over done and has started to go a bit dry. Don't forget to order the baconaise! One of the best sauces on the menu
Seriously some of the worst food I've had for years. Dry burger and the cheese wasn't even melted on it. Was littleraly a dry piece of cheese on top of the burger. Ive seen better looking burgers at a school fête. The "salad" inside the burger was just a single wilted lettuce leaf. Asked for the chicken burger with no mayo, was brought with mayo. To be fair the staff were nice but the food was absolutely terrible. Also massively over priced, for terrible quality. Seriously do not recommend
Used to love GBK but not sure what happened. The food feels like lower quality, and the atmosphere is just like a burger chain. Hopefully things get better again.Food: 3/5
