Gourmet Burger Kitchen

came here for a ‘moving in’ meal with my parents and it was absolute perfection. the staff & our waitress were all so polite and lovely to us. i ordered the ‘beyond & cheese’; and i was not let down. the whole build of the burger was gorgeous; the patty cooked to perfection; the bun warmed but not to the point of being soggy; the cheese was beautiful; perfect portion of salad & overall a real treat to my tummy. my parents also throughly enjoy their burgers, all polished off with yummy sweet potato fries & skinny fries.

First of all I am a big fan of burgers. I moved to Norwich about 2 months ago and it was time to order a nice burger so I did. They are making the best burgers and I don't even want to try other burgerers in Norwich. Here is how they are treated me:

Burgers were good although they could only cook them well done as problems with the machine. The place was clean and staff friendly. Toilets are upstairs but there is a lift if you have limited mobility. Thought prices had increased a lot but so has everywhere else. They have a separate gluten free menu and the burger arrived with an allergy flag on it. Advised not to have fries.

Used the app as it gives student discount. App wouldn't accept payment so went to till and she honoured the student discount! Amazing service! Parking: Parking is under nearby shopping centre

Great quality tasty burgers and delicious fries. The service was friendly and efficient. I was a little saddened that I felt I had to order by app and that you choose a service charge tip before you had really interacted with staff. However overall a nice experience. Dietary restrictions: Had a member of my party with a tomato allergy and this was professionally discussed with them and dealt with.

My hubby was still hungry after eating at another place. I got thr burger with two patties. I am not a burger person but this was the best I ever had. Fries were delicious. This is gourmet indeed. The supervisor on duty was amazing

Visited this place couple of times for lunch and the burgers were too juicy and awesome. The staffs are really cooperative and help you with ur orders. Few thing which I didn’t like is the cutlery’s which is bit outdated and the floor which need a good wash.

Not for celiacs. I had the unfortunate experience of their gluten free burger today. It looked like a child's meal due to the size, especially compared to the burgers my husband and daughter were having. Then there was the taste. The bun was raw, as most gluten free people know, gluten free bread almost always needs cooking. This was not an exception. I took one bite and the sand like texture glued my mouth together. Very unpleasant to eat and didn't taste good. I left in a strop because I was hangry, but my husband spoke to the staff. They were lovely throughout, my one star is a reflection of the food only. Dietary restrictions: Don't bother if you're gluten free.

Waited an hour for my food and wasn't that busy either. I understand if there was not many staff to do it but there were three in the kitchen making food. The burger however was lovely but overpriced for how much you get especially having to pay for chips separately.
