Really tasty burgers. Great for families, couples and hangovers ; Been coming to GBK for years since when they were the first place doing decent burgers. Been to the one on Northcote road, Richmond etc and they are always good. Would prefer table service but that’s their model I guess. Recommended!

I have been there twice and the burgers have been great both times except not always cooked to how we wanted. Both times I had medium and my friend had rare but both came out different from what we asked. Flavour and actual burger was really good and their milk shakes are definitely worth trying!
No complaints at all! We were Originally shown to a seat that was right by the door too cold but the waitress allowed us to sit upstairs where we had the floor to ourselves! Food came out hot, cooked perfectly and staff were more than helpful and very friendly! Food and milkshakes were amazing. Lamb and Goats cheese burger is the Best !!! Thank you for a lovely meal :
When ordered it's quickly made withing 5mins I'd say. The prices are a bit high around 8£/9£ but so is the quality so no complains there. My friend went there and also was well impressed by the quality! If you want a proper nice burger like its suppose to be, go there and enjoy!!
An absolute dump. Filthy toilets, corridors full of boxes and half the place crowded out with Deliveroo staff. We left before ordering.
Had a great lunch here. Staff were really friendly and I love the Scrabble letter signing. We had a lovely meal here but the Salad was missing "salad". It was just red and white cabbage and it didn't have any green in it except for the avocado slices. I didn't like it and I will not order that again. The skinny chips were too greasy to want to eat. They just were floppy soggy and felt like they were sitting in the old too long. The burgers were nice, but the order got mixed up and burgers arrived without following the order. After serving the food the waiter-waitresses ignored us. They enjoyed chatting with each other rather than looking out for the customers. Most "deals" and offers from the GBK app do not apply on Friday or Saturday evenings so check before going for an incentive deal or offer. the dining room is dirty and we had to wipe off the seats of food crumbs etc before sitting down. The front door lets in alot of cold air so if you are going in the winter time dress warmly.
I LOVE the vegan burger here! Get it, seriously, it’s delicious! I am a new, and very sleep deprived mom, recently my partner was away visiting his parents, and I ordered a take away from here via Just Eat. Just Eat completely wrecked the order which was eventually cancelled by Just Eat themselves. A lovely diamond of a GBK employee, Rhiannon, rang me up to say that since I was a repeat customer and that Just Eat messed up the order, that she would be sending a driver with my meal FOR FREE!! True to her word, a friendly gentleman called Robert arrived and delivered my meal. Thank you Rhiannon, Robert and GBK Wandsworth, your kindness is very much appreciated
Don't download the app to beat the queue to pay for your food!! Over 40 mins has passed and we still haven't received our food. Also, a waitress came out to tell us there was a problem and one of our burgers is no longer on the app menu. We got free drinks but I won't be coming here as its delayed our movie night. Apparently Deliveroo orders take priority over walk in customers. We weren't the only unhappy customers
