Gould's is a local independent stationers that's been in business for well over a century now - 114 years to date, to be exact. When I was young they had their shop in Acacia Grove in West Kirby, but when Woolworth's closed their Heswall store in early 2009 they seized the chance to move to these much bigger premises & dramatically expand the range of products they stock. Whether you're after quality writing paper, toys & games, fountain pens & other stationery, workbooks to learn to play songs, instruments or art materials Gould's is the place for you. It's truly an Aladdin's cave offering a superb selection of products. Highly recommended 🙂

My favourite shop in Heswall - if it's stationery you need it will be there no matter what it is - the staff are so helpful - love it!

Kinda additive... Fabulous range if arty things. I like the soft tips ink brush pens. Sells clarinet reeds and guitar strings too, and great for birthday and Xmas gifts. Think they do a fountain pen service / fixing service too.

Absolutely love this shop, it's amazing and often stocks things that you never knew you needed or wanted! There are very bits and arty bits, presents and treats but be warned..... Once you've been in once you'll become addicted 😀
