Reviews
Not many staff on counter during busy periods. Although the queue system makes sense to most, some are unable to comprehend how it works. Staff don't do anything about these issues.

2 postage counters, 2 currency counters normally 1 person on currency 1 on postage, and currency doesn't help out postage on busy periods, sometimes 4 staff members but only 1 on counter doing work or none, ques are normally right out the door with a wait up to an hour as the counter staff like to have a natter even when it's really busy, worst thing they ever done was close the old post office that had more tills and staff. The Whs Smith is a waste of space doesn't help the post office at all with supplies costing too much compared to any other post office, not to mention an inconvieniant location over all

Fairly average post office merged in with a WHS Smith. Queuing times that can be anything from 1 - 20 minutes depending on peak times in the post office.
