Very efficient and well organised. Absolutely love the little shop where you can buy all sorts of great stuff at reasonable prices. You can also get used pots of paint for free! If I have a suggestion it's that one or two of the staff members could have been a bit more friendly and cheery - that would have got 5 stars.
You have to book, but that means it's not too busy at your time, especially if you go towards the end of your 30 minute slot. Good parking arrangements, and the staff are always helpful.
Took some garden waste there yesterday. Booked for 12.30 arrived . The young lad in the booth could not even bother to look up to check registration of the car so why do we bother to book . No staff willing to help just watch me struggle but then again it's what I have come to expect from there now .
Easy to book. Quick check in. Nice wide bays to reverse park into. Good signage. Helpful workers.
Went on a Wednesday afternoon, lots of friendly staff available to help.nIt was very busy though and the cars had to queue to get in- I probably waited in the car for a total of 10 minutes.nThere’s a little ‘re-use’ area as well where there are second-hand items available to purchase.
