Owners and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely setting and building. Rooms were fine with modern fittings. Family suite was fine for separate little person room. Good breakfast. Would suggest little extras, like sugar and sauce being more readily available at breakfast.

Really beautiful building with fantastic hospitality from the hotel owners. Will hopefully be back again. Only 4 stars not 5 because I was too hot at night so didn't sleep that well

Lovely setting and friendly welcome. Very disappointed with "family suite' up in attack. Very basic was dusty and shower dirty and old so did not use. Had to walk through teenage sons bedroom to use toilet. Breakfast okay. Charged 130 for one night definitely not value for money or 4 star standard.

Location is beautiful in the Cotswolds, the service was prompt and very friendly, rooms were clean and good enough for a 4 star b&b
