Fantastic team of nurses and HCA's... The care given and dedication shown is second to none not forgetting the office team, kitchen staff and domestics who also go above and beyond.
It's convenient having a hospital in Gorseinon, especially for blood tests, also friendly local nurses and helpful staff
I am under the Pacing clinic. I had a pacemaker fitted in September. The staff are dreadful. As you can imagine I have questions. I was told at my first face to face appointment in October that they aren't there to answer questions .just to check pacemaker was doing it's job. Twice I have felt poorly and my GP told me to send a downland to the clinic and ring to let them know it's been sent. I sent one yesterday. The woman that rings back is always extremely rude and ignorant and doesn't like answering questions. She wants to get you off the phone ASAP. They are NOT interested in the patients. I wish I could change. Edit. Today's date 19/04/22 GREAT NEWS. I have been moved to another pacing clinic and no longer have to deal with these extremely rude and arrogant team. been t
Very nice and competent staff, but I was very concerned that on arrival, my temperature was not taken, nor was I offered hand sanitiser, which is the practice in all other hospital appointments I have had during this Coronavirus pandemic. Luckily I had a bottle of sanitiser on me, so could use it immediately on leaving my appointment.
I was born there. I don't really remember it very well, but that was 65 years ago and I'm still alive, so it must've worked out OK. Diolch yn fawr - from Cal;ifornia.

Blood tests well organised. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking stupid and limited. Carpet in hall way needs a blooming good scrub.
