They have invested in good equipment and diagnostics, maintain a highly professional working environment and have been able to identify and resolve problems that higher profile organisations have failed to achieve. Gorse Motors are also registered for Digital Service Records. And they offer a courtesy car. What more do you need?

Great service. Would happily recommend. They repaired our Mercedes air and kept me informed throughout whole process. It's a great shame that not all businesses operate as well as this one.

Gorse Motors bid on auto repairs I needed via AA. Jason, gave a reasonable qoute and completed the maintenance changing the CAM / Timing Belt, Glow Plugs, Water, Pump & Tensioner. During the test drive and clearing the download from the OBD, the Throttle Body recorded a fault. Jason contacted me of the fault prior to completing the repairs. Provided a detailed description of the faults, required parts and costs. Throttle Body changed follow on checks / tests completed in minimum timeframe...Car ready for pickup within less than 48 hours. In addition the mechanic who completed the work displayed all the parts changed, and provided a visual exhibit of the throttle body of the "plastic" gear teeth that had broken off. Recommend Gorse Motors Ltd. for courteous, customer orientated, quality, and reasonable cost car repairs. Well Done! ***Update*** Return booking for Air Conditioner Compressor that sounded as if the bearings or internal mechanical assembly had failed. Jason and Louie diagnosed that the Air Con Compressor had failed...Thorough explanation of the defective component, with notification with price quote before replacement. Compressor changed in minimum time, and car available same day. The New Air Con Compressor failed after several months of operation...Contacted Jason and he asked to bring the car in for analysis and troubleshooting. Jason and his Experienced Technician Team quickly determined the Air Con Compressor had a open circuit...Compressor still under warranty. Thank goodness! New Compressor Fitted and Car available the same day...The Gorse Motor Lads are courteous, friendly, honest and experts when it comes to auto repair. Highly recommend Jason and his team of experts...Jason, Ryan, Louie, and the other Lad are legitimate. You will not be disappointed...Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable guys that work there and will give you fair and honest answers and not give you the run around. I've taken 3 cars there so far and use them as my go to garage when a problem arises.
