Beautiful blue flag beach. Children slides and bouncy castles at the top of the beach, an old fashioned boating lake, the best ice cream shops known to man and golden tar free sand ideal for sand castles and tunnels. A must visit if you are in the area. But be warned, the car park fills up really quickly, so the earlier you can get there, the better. Oh, forgot to say, the beach and sea area is manned by lifeguards and is very well marked out for safe swimming zones.

Visited here very late at night, nothing was open of course. The beach was lovely, very large and sandy and the sea was calm. The beach was easily accessible and I was able to park on the road nearby. There was also a nice children's play Park

Beautiful beach. Plenty amusements for all ages. Good pier for a walk and watching boats entering/leaving Gt Yarmouth

Gorleston has a lovely clean sandy beach. Ideal place for walking the dog with the kids. There's a couple of arcades and nice food and ice cream kiosk and dog friendly cafes

Decided to pop here for a walk on the beach on a very cold but sunny Sunday in January and found the place absolutely packed! There is not a lot of parking and would imagine it's impossible in the summer. We had sausage and chips from an excellent little row of kiosks on the prom. After a long walk down to find the sea (the tide was out) we had a go on the 2p machines and then resisted the temptation of a 99. I haven't been here for around 30 years but we will definitely be back (if we can park).
