We cannot thank the team at Gordon’s Vet Penicuik enough for the way that they looked after our much loved little dog Ziggy. At the end of his life they cared for him and organised his cremation. The service and care shown by all concerned was exceptional.

I have a very nervous dog and all the staff give him time to accept them and take their time when he needs treatment. The staff explain to me what is happening and how he is doing. Gradually he is a bit more confident thanks to the staff. Big thanks from Ghillie
This was the first visit to the vets with our new puppy. The vet took her time to examine our little one and explained puppy care and prevention medication going forward. We did not feel rushed and the vet and receptionist took time to answer our questions. So pleased we chose this vets.

Wanted to thank you for helping me when I was trying to find local boarding kennels for my dog while I was visiting family. As I live in Suffolk I wasn't able to source out/visit kennels before making the booking. When I phoned your reception, the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I was able to book Bridie into Candida Casa Boarding Kennels and they looked after her very well. I will use them again. Thank you for your help.
A fantastic, warm, friendly and caring practice. They have looked after my 2 girls cats since kittens. Sadly lost one but snuek is a contented fur baby at the grand age of 17!! Staff have been wonderful and supportive.
The staff are always friendly, their professional and always are able to cancel my queries. The receptionist are always super helpful and I could not fault anyone in the vets. My dog is my first pet, this is my first time having to use a vet and having heard some terror stories I have been nothing but amazed. Throughout lockdown and all the restrictions the staff and been nothing short of phenomenal.
