I called yesterday to drop off a parcel for Hermes collection & the guy behind the counter was very rude, i haven't used this service before so was very new to me, first of all he pointed at the printer & said you have to print it off yourself " i'm not going to do it for you " then when i did this & took it to the counter he said you are meant to do this at home, it clearly said on the email that i can take it to the shop to do this, he then pushed a machine at me & said sign this, will not be using this store ever again!!

Used as the Hermes Hub. Brilliant, easy and helpful staff. Parking.

Clean quick service very polite

The view over the Falklands is breathtaking.
