Do not be fooled by the cafe like appearance the food is fantastic. My wife had the ribs to start and said they were the best she's ever had and she's had a few. The mains were fine too, as was the service. All in all happy to recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious home cooked food. Everything is so fresh and cooked to perfection, me and my partner came here two nights out of the three we stayed in Grasmere and wish we went more! The staff are so accommodating and friendly, nothing is too much hassle for them. My favourite eatery in Grasmere!

Great restaurant, freshly cooked and well presented, tasty food. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I will definately be back I just wish I had discovered this place earlier in the week, could quite happily have eaten here every nigh .
