Very poor service, possessions clearly damaged in company care but rude, aggressive response when followed up. Had to fight to achieve a partial settlement for damage done. Would not recommend using this firm.

I booked removal into storage at extremely short notice.  Everything had to be done in a hurry. Goodfellows staff were very helpful, professional and polite. No hesitation in recommending.

Thanks once again to Goodfellows for making a stressful day a lot easier for me! I've used Goodfellows several times to move before and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!!
Rod and Matt (funny) are an absolute credit to the firm and went above and beyond to make sure the move went smoothly for my father today, plumbing in his washing machine and making sure the first thing he had on was his telly so I could concentrate on unpacking.
Seriously nothing is too much trouble for them and as usual a big thank you to Kim and Len for fitting us in at very late notice.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!! 😊

Make sure you get insurance as they don't really care about your stuff and when it is lost or broken, they just slough it off. The removal men are nice and friendly but this wont take care of your things. Would have given them higher stars as the actual moving process was fine, but when a number of items went missing and some were broken, the management just found it an irritation - they certainly did not want to help! In addition, when we asked for some boxes to be delivered early so that we could stay in the house, they just delivered boxes destined for the garage instead of the kitchen items we had asked for. All in all this company caused us a lot of stress, I can't recommend them and would not use them again.
