First class service from all the staff at Goods and Richard was very caring throughout the difficult time and on the day of the funeral conducted the day in a very professional manner
Richard was very easy to talk to and made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. The communication was excellent throughout and many people said the actual funeral was lovely so thanks too to the celebrant Piers who came highly recommended. Thank you to everyone concerned.
As I had not been in this situation before, Richard, Tracey, Lizzie and Janine were excellent and talked me through everything, nothing was too much trouble and the day was perfect - thank you so much
