If only I could give ten stars… I got rejected for a mortgage and had lost all hope. The sad part was I about to lose all my deposit in the property. I contacted SBL financial after speaking to many other brokers and to be honest, they were a breath of fresh air from the start. They handled things so differently from previous broker and made me feel confident every step of the way. They went over and beyond and accomplished, in my opinion, what no one else could. They kept in constant contact with myself, the developer and my solicitor. Sean was always available and he gave a sense that he cared more about saving my deposit that making money. His heart was definitely in it. I still cannot believe how different he is. I hardly leave reviews but SBL stood out too much for me not to leave one for them. You won’t go wrong with Sean/SBL. If the deal exists, he will make it happen and add real value and heart. He is very experienced and his communication style was just what I needed to stay relaxed through it all. Sean and his team in SBL financial are expert in what they do. In simple words they can make "impossible TO possible" because of their expertise and access to wide range of specialist lending which not all brokers are aware. I am one such good example where Sean and his team facilitated £30k in 5 working days based on my existing property portfolio that too in current haphazard market condition. Sean and Lisa from SBL financial work tirelessly to meet the demands of their customers. I have taken their services with two of my recent property endeavours, ranging from secured second charge on existing property to bridging loan to remortgage to exit bridge and nothing was too much. Zia was such a huge help. He helped us and guided us throughout the mortgage process every step of the way. As a first time buyer and having had no experience in buying a property, Zia was the first port of call. He always attended to our needs and explained things clearly and what to do. If you want a seasoned Mortgage Broker that knows their onions, they don't come better than Sean. What am amazing A* service! From start to finish Sean & his team were not only professional & friendly but also educational.
