My first time in Good Karma and it was lovely.nI ordered 2 biscoff lattes and 2 rocky roads and both were lush!nThe girls behind the counter were lovely and service was fast.nDecor inside is so unique as well!nWould highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere with genuine, proper, good coffee. Only place in Brighouse open all week 8-4 too!
First time having food here as we always just go for a coffee. The coffee is very good here, well all the drinks are really. The Philly was ok, I think the sauce killed it a little bit for me. I would expect it to be cheesy. We also ordered scrambled eggs with GF toast. We had to send this back because the eggs were flat cold. Second dish came out fine but eggs were a little wet. All personal preference of course but overall not for me on food but drinks are very good!
Very rarely leave reviews but went for the evening food and honestly was delicious. Service was quick and the staff were lovely, food was good portions and probably my favourite wings I’ve ever had, also had an espresso martini made with North Star coffee which was the best I’ve had in a long time. Price was very good for such good food. Only thing that let it down for me was that it wasn’t full, hope it picks up because I’ll definitely be back.
Not often I say this but todays breakfast was faultless.nn10/10 for food, service, staff, presentation, vibe.nnI actually spoke to the chefs at the end to tell them how amazed I was with this place.nnI have been previously for coffee but not food.I had pancakes with bacon and maple syrup with a side of rosemary garlic potatoes. Just stunning.nnI now cant wait to try the lunch menu.nnBanging. Very current. Very fresh.nnWell done. Thats how you do it.
I came for the menu and wow it didn’t disappoint. We had breakfast and I can confirm the food was amazing, a bit random but it worked. I had the good karma which has two sausages, some avocado, a tomato, a garlic mushroom, some delicious garlic and rosemary mini roast potatoes cubes. black pudding, beans and bread. My friend went for the stateside but switched bacon for vegan sausage - she also loved hers. I will say it was a bit expensive and the drinks aren’t really worth the price. I had a cup of tea for £2.45 which I felt was quite steep, but I guess we are in a cost of living crisis - regardless of the cost I’d recommend going and would definitely go again myself. It’s also quite a small place and we got the last table luckily so I’m unsure if seating is an issue but there was lots of outside seats available; it was just a bit cold so we wanted to go inside.
